You'll receive support fastest when we receive tickets only for issues that do not have solutions listed in our support areas. We've worked diligently to provide answers to common questions. Please be diligent in trying to find a solution using the process below.

1. Technical Support

If you're contacting us with a technical support question, solutions to common problems can often be found in our knowledge base to provide an immediate solution.

2. Module Installation

If you're experiencing an issue with a particular module, please recheck the installation instructions and ensure they are performed properly. Most issues are the result of missed or incorrectly performed steps. Most of our modules include a Troubleshooting section at the bottom of the installation instructions.

Please Note: In the event that you submit a support ticket and the problem is found to be the result of you not correctly following an installation instruction, a $25 installation fee may be applicable.

3. Pre-Sales Questions

Answers to common pre-sales questions are available in the FAQ tab listed on the product details page. Please check for an answer to your question prior to submitting a ticket.

4. Licensing and Upgrades

Software purchased after October 1, 2012 can be downloaded, relicensed and/or upgraded directly from your Licenses Area. Purchases prior to October 1, 2012 will be displayed in the licensing system at the time an upgrade is purchased. You may upgrade to the latest software version(s) from the product purchase page by selecting "Upgrade" as your License Type.

Sales questions will be responded to within two business days* (48 hours).

Response Time: Technical Support

Due to complexity of technical support responses may take up to three business days* (72 hours). You will receive a knowledgeable response within this time, not simply a notification of escalation.
